Public Monitoring follow-ups

The operating team will periodically inspect the facilities for any irregularities that may adversely affect the tenants. In the event of concern, a report will be submitted in accordance with policies and regulations, informing all tenants of action which may be taken against the party responsible.

Building Services

The Operating Team will collect all public electricity and water bills from each tenant and submit them as one collated consumption to the building owner to pay the Utility Authority. Then equal divisions of the total utility bill will be sent to the tenants for collection.

Tenant Management

The Tenant Management Service manages the relationship between the landlord and tenants, which includes the handing over and the vacating of properties. Additional duties include the mediation between tenants in the event of disputes or abuses, in accordance with the tenancy rules and regulations.
